With Summer finally here, the mountains are green and the weather is simply amazing. The crews at Wadman have completed the framing and the structure of the roof, and the building is fully dried in. Units in the ’04 stack are seeing many finishes being installed. Unit 104 is very close to complete, with unit 204 close behind.
We can now schedule tours of the building and walk the five available units. The unit layouts are really well designed, and the finishes going in are spectacular. The extra-large outdoor decks with hot tubs are going to be amazing – such a unique offering in Empire Pass. The view from every Residence is breathtaking.
If you have been considering a ski-in, ski-out property in Deer Valley and hoping for views and amenities, you must come to see this building. There really is nothing like it in all of Deer Valley.
