Empire Residences is nearing completion with six units now closed, and we currently have five new owners occupying their new residence. In the next coming weeks we’ll be wrapping up the amenities areas for use, including the fireside lobby, après-ski pub, fitness center and ski locker room. We anticipate most, if not all construction to be complete by early March.
