While 2020 has been an interesting and challenging year for many, we feel very fortunate that construction has been able to proceed at Empire Residences, and we are excited to have our first owners now living in their units. The finishes, features, and layouts have proven to be very well received, and our first residents are thrilled to be in.
We have received TCO’s on units 103, 104, 204, 304, and 404. The remaining units in the ’03 stack will be delivered in early January, with more units wrapping up in late January and early February.
The fireside lobby lounge and après-ski pub are nearly complete with furniture already arriving onsite. The exterior is also nearly complete on the front of the building, and the crews are getting close to complete on the ski run side.
We have recently placed Penthouse 601 on the market at $5,150,000. As a two-level, top floor penthouse, this is the premier location within the building. The only other unit available is Residence 203 that features a huge outdoor deck, priced at $3,310,000.
