Construction has been moving along well, and now at the mid-point of Summer, we continue to see substantial progress on both the interior and exterior.
Inside, Units 104 and 204 are nearly complete. The ’04 stack is the furthest along, as it was the first section of the building to be under roof. The next stack in succession is the ’03 stack, with the other half of the building following closely behind. It has been fun to see the units come to life, and the design matching so closely to our architectural renderings.
On the exterior, the expansive outdoor decks are taking shape, and you can now see the siding and stone nearing completion at the North end of the building. When conducting tours with buyers and realtors, everyone has been amazed by the views, and the size of the large outdoor decks – such a unique feature for Deer Valley’s Empire Pass.
