The Level One concrete slab is complete, and most of the support columns and walls extending to Level Two have been installed. At the south half of the building, the Level Two shoring deck is now in place which allows Wadman to install plumbing sleeves, rebar and PT cables in preparation for the Level Two concrete pour. Next steps include the set-up of the shoring deck for the north half of Level Two. Structural steel for framing is already being delivered to the site. Once the Level Two concrete deck is complete, vertical momentum of the construction is expected to progress quite rapidly.
