Construction at Empire Residences has been moving along well. Snowfall has been moderate over the last couple of weeks, allowing the construction crews to keep working with less frequent snow removal.
The roof is now fully framed at the ’04 stack, above Residence 404. With the roof on, windows are being installed on the entire ’04 stack, allowing the crews to enclose these units for interior work.
The framing on the remainder of Level Five, for Residences 503, 502, and 501 is now being completed. Level Six framing has begun with the structural steel supports and flooring sheeting. We should see the remainder of the roof structure above the loft levels of Residences 601, 602, and 603 in early March.
MEP installation (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is complete on Level One, and wrapping up on Level Two, with rough-in MEP’s on Level Three. Window installation is complete on Level One and most of Level Two. Sheetrock installation is complete on Level One.
The estimated completion for delivery is early December 2020 – less than a year away and in time for next ski season.
