At Empire Residences, more of the finish details are coming together. It has been fun to see the project move from illustrative renderings to the actual finished product. The building and the individual units are really looking incredible. Below are photos from Residence 104. This unit is now mostly complete and was designed in the “Earth” palette.
On the exterior, all the expansive decks are in place, stone and siding is being installed, and the roof is nearing completion. While conducting property tours for current and prospective buyers, everyone has been blown away with the size of the outdoor decks, and the views they enjoy.
