Construction Begins at Empire Residences
With a formal groundbreaking on Monday, October 29th, the development team for Empire Residences has officially begun construction. Wadman Corp, the general contractor, obtained the building permit on Friday, October 26th and immediately began excavation on Monday, October 29th. In a little less than two weeks, they have already completed the majority of the site’s excavation and offloading of dirt. The next phase of construction is the installation of the building foundation. Occupancy is planned for Spring of 2020.
