Condominium Plat Recorded for Empire Residences
The condominium plat was recorded for the project on Friday, August 31, 2018. Our 8 reservations are in process of converting to REPCs (Real Estate Purchase Contract). For new buyers, a signed and executed REPC will reserve a Buyer’s unit of choice and will lock in their price as prices are intended to move up steadily as more sales occur. Groundbreaking is planned for late September / early October 2018, with completion estimated for Spring of 2020.
