CUP and Condo Plat Approved
We are proud to announce that both our CUP (conditional use permit) and condominium plat have been approved by Park City’s Planning Commission and City Council. City Council gave approval on Thursday, February 1st. With the approved plat, we can continue the process of plat recordation. Over the next few weeks, each department head of ParkmCity Municipal will review and sign the plat. We anticipate plat recordation to occur at the end of February or early March.
Once the plat has been recorded, we can then begin to convert our sales reservations to real estate purchase contracts. We currently have five reservations for our twenty residences. As we continue the sales process and move to construction, we anticipate increasing prices, so now is a great time to reserve your unit of choice, while the prices are at their most attractive rates.
