Hard to believe, but we are already into mid-November, and we have started to receive quite a lot of snow. The natural snowfall totals will be a great help to the ski resorts in starting off the year with a healthy base of snow. This coming ski season could be one of the best years for skier experience. We anticipate seeing fewer crowds, which could mean more first tracks for those lucky few who own property on the mountain.
At Empire Residences, we are working on completing the exterior and wrapping up on many residential units. The front of the building has most of the stone, wood, and metal siding installed. Deck railings are going in, and many other design details are nearly complete.
The Lobby and Pub are coming along quickly, and we’ll likely have additional photos in the next week or two to show the progress. The Ski Beach Patio on the back of the building is also coming together, with concrete surface work complete. The indoor/outdoor living from the Pub to the Ski Beach Patio with firepits will be a popular feature on sunny ski afternoons.
So much of this beautiful building is shaping up, and we cannot wait to celebrate with all the new owners this ski season.
