A local Park City developer has purchased Parcel Three at Empire Pass from REDUS. The group’s plans for this parcel include the development of approximately 20 condominium units in a single five-story building. Architectural work has begun on the project, which will be known as the Empire Residences and the units will be marketed for sale during the upcoming ski season.
The development team has developed and built numerous properties in Deer Valley, Park City, and the Canyons. Their Deer Valley projects include The Chateaux at Silver Lake, The Lodges at Deer Valley, The Silver Baron Lodge, and Deer Lake Village.
